Biography
Ornela has international experience in the design, commercial management, and delivery of construction projects. She brings a unique blend of technical insight and business acumen to her role, underpinned by over a decade of experience across architecture, project management, MEP quantity surveying, and dispute resolution.

She began her career working on architectural and infrastructure projects, including residential and commercial buildings, as well as fibre installation schemes. She also has significant commercial expertise gained through business development, supplier contract negotiation, and the implementation of effective cost control systems.

Ornela provides strategic consultancy on complex contractual matters, contract administration, valuations, dispute resolution, and adjudications. She combines deep technical expertise with a strong commercial perspective.
