Karim is an established Project Planner with delay analysis experience. Over the past 7 years, he has garnered knowledge across multiple sectors including Oil and Gas, Utilities, Infrastructure, Data Centre Building Services, and Transportation technology. During his career he has supported clients such as ExxonMobil, The Ministry of Defence, Thames Water, Northumbrian Water, Microsoft, Transport for London, and Transport Scotland. He has provided planning and delay analysis services on various forms of contract, including NEC.

Karim uses his practical knowledge of waterfall and agile planning, in combination with his in-depth understanding of critical path analysis, delay analysis and schedule assurance, to ensure project programmes are prepared and managed in accordance with contractual requirements.
