James initially started his career as a civil engineer before moving into planning. As a planner, James has worked across the UK on a variety of projects across numerous sectors, including highways, building, drainage, power, nuclear and rail. James has assisted clients on several challenging projects, often being brought onto the project to help clients resolve difficult commercial and planning issues. This includes helping programmes be agreed, claiming for extensions of time and recovering delays.
James also has extensive experience as a forensic planner and delay analyst, having worked on a number of adjudications and disputes involving extensions of time. James has a proven track record for achieving positive outcomes for clients.
