Head of Planning & Delay

Chad has over 7 years of experience as a Forensic Delay Analyst and Project Planner with a background in civil engineering. Chad has planning experience in a wide variety of projects, as well as having undertaken forensic delay analysis on disputes in the building, roads & earthworks, mining infrastructure, electrical and instrumentation sectors.

During his career, he has worked on projects throughout Africa and more recently in the United Kingdom and Europe and has extensive delay analysis and commercial experience under most forms of contract including FIDIC, NEC, JBCC and GCC,

Chad has a proven track record in delivery of projects and in achieving successful outcomes in both adjudications and arbitrations.
