Esa provides commercial and cost management on construction projects within the infrastructure, defence, energy, heritage, and refurbishment sectors. He has supported the successful delivery of major programmes for clients, contractors, and consultancies across complex and highly regulated environments.

His project experience includes a major utility company expansion programme, defence infrastructure developments, and specialist refurbishment works within operational heritage environments. Through these commissions, Esa has developed expertise in cost management, procurement, contract administration, change control, valuations, and commercial reporting under NEC forms of contract, whilst also having experience of JCT forms of contract.

Esa provides commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to manage commercial risk and deliver successful project outcomes. He combines a practical, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness to help clients achieve their project objectives.
