Steven Blake

Associate Director

Steven graduated from Northumbria University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) Commercial Quantity Surveying.

Upon graduating, Steven worked as a site-based quantity surveyor for a tier one contractor on construction projects in the United Kingdom. He subsequently joined Blake Newport in 2011, where he has specialised in providing consultancy services to the construction, engineering and offshore industries including commercial management, claims preparation and dispute resolution services for employers, administrators, contractors and subcontractors.

Steven is also a trained competent user of Microsoft Project, Primavera and ASTA. This gives him the ability to evaluate and prepare the contractual, quantum and time elements on certain types of claim.
