Blake Newport is experienced in the majority of the industries within the transportation sector. We have helped clients with many different problems associated with construction, engineering and IT in each of these categories.

In rail, whether you are working on infrastructure maintenance, track renewal, minor works, signalling or property-related contracts we have experienced commercial and contract managers that are familiar with these areas who can get up to speed very quickly. We have extensive pre and post-contract experience gained over a number of years of working for the main Rail companies and their suppliers.

In logistics; a world where being on time is everything we understand that the contractual framework which you operate in will be strict. You will be incentivised by bonus schemes and also service level agreements that can harshly penalise you and impact your revenue if you fail to perform.

Before you sign a contract we will assess the risk and make sure you are aware of exactly what you are committing to. We can advise of and negotiate favourable terms and conditions.

We can ensure that there is a sound understanding of the service levels in the agreement and can model your previous or expected performance to aid your decision making. We can review your processes to ensure that you can not only perform your obligations in accordance with the contract but check to see that you can actually measure and report against the service levels.

After the contract is signed we can provide interim management and support to ensure you protect your revenues and minimise your expenses. We ensure that changes to the contract are formally recorded and executed.
