Blake Newport’s team has worked on a wide variety of large-scale IT Projects since our first major involvement in IT outsourcing in 1998. Our experience ranges from working on complicated UK Government PFI schemes to high profile high value contracts that are frequently in the press. Having provided the full range of commercial services from the pre-contract phase, through the post signature term of the contract managing issues such as obligation tracking, managing change and scope creep to contract close out, exit and dispute resolution we have a vast amount of expertise in house.
