Managing Construction Contracts During the Credit Crunch

Over 100 members and guests attended two CPD events presented by Solicitor Mike Plews of Pinsent Masons LLP and Paul Bennett of Blake Newport in Durham and Oxford. The lecture provided an interesting and informative one-hour case study that highlighted where construction interfaces can and do go badly wrong.
