Senior Planning Engineers - UK
Description
Blake Newport has over 30 years of successful trading and is a highly respected professional consultancy delivering commercial and contract management services to a number of industry sectors.
We continue to have ambitious expansion plans and we are therefore seeking new Senior Planning Engineers to join our growing team. Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years plus experience and be astute in planning and programming techniques.
All applicants must be Degree qualified or hold equivalent proprietary qualifications and possess a thorough understanding of the project life-cycle, planning controls and management processes from inception to close out of project programmes.
Based in one of our four offices (Darlington, Leeds, London and Warrington) you will have the ability to travel within the UK.
Experience in the following areas would be a distinct advantage:
- Planning: Implementation and Operation of Project Planning and Control Systems
- Control
- Delay and Disruption Analysis
- Software: Ability to use MS Project, Primavera, Primavera P3e, Asta Powerproject, Teamplan, Easyplan and Navisworks
- Member of Chartered Institute of Building or Planning Engineers Organisation is required.
You will have experience of working for a main building/civil contractor or firm of planning and project management consultants.
Closing date for applications is 1st September 2008.
